Job summary

Duval Academy, part of the Rite of Passage family, in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Program Director to oversee treatment, education, vocational and health services. You will lead site operations, budgeting, administration, program elements and staff development, reporting to the Rite of Passage Executive Board.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend on-call, a $90,000 yearly salary, and comprehensive benefits aimed at supporting youth outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
  • Current State Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past three years.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality delivery and oversight of treatment, education, vocational and student health and welfare services.

Pay

$90,000.00 yearly.

What you will do

The Program Director, is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training. This position provides administrative oversight for the site, serves as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board, is the leader of the site management team and ensures that the Mission and Values of ROP are represented in every facet under his/her organizational control

To be considered you should

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, four years of related experience in residential facility management, have the ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test and you must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

Schedule

Typically, Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm. On-call on weekends as needed.
