Cardinal Health is hiring a Program Development Manager based in Richmond, Virginia, responsible for executing strategic programs that drive differentiation with health industry stakeholders.
This role involves ownership of various programs, managing partnerships, and utilizing advanced project management skills. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience, preferably in healthcare, with a Bachelor’s degree.
Product Management is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Product Management and Development is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for the company. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs.
The Program Development Manager is responsible for informing and executing strategic programs intended to drive differentiation with industry stakeholders, including health plans. Direct responsibility will include ownership of the design and build-out of each program, implementation and management of partnerships that align with broader program intent, and execution and follow-through to drive revenue generation within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions. Programs created will include those within the test-to-treat realm, and an intersection of traditional healthcare and consumer technologies, such as labs, biomarkers, and wearable devices. A passion for consumerism, technology and healthcare will be a critical success factor for this individual. Given the depth of this role, strategic thinking combined with project management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and an executional mindset are critical to success.
Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $158,670
