The role provides coordination for program development, assessment, accreditation, and data analytics for the Feinstein College of Education, supporting the Dean, Associate Deans, Assistant Dean, and faculty in program revision and continuous improvement.

This position drives data collection, reporting, and analysis to meet state approval and national accreditation

Qualifications

Coordinate program development, assessment, accreditation, compliance, and data analytics for educator preparation programs.
Support the Dean, Associate Deans, Assistant Dean, program faculty, and staff in revision, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic programs.
Coordinate data collection, assessment planning, reporting, and analysis to support accreditation and state approvals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate College-level assessment, accreditation, and compliance activities.
Maintain evidence systems, track standards, prepare reports, and support site visits.
Develop and implement assessment plans, rubrics, surveys, data collection tools, and continuous improvement processes.
Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
