Job summary

Sentinel Group seeks a Program Data Analyst in Huntsville, AL to support Army supply-chain and program-management activities. You will extract, clean, validate, analyze, and report operational data, under senior guidance, and contribute to dashboards, briefings, and data-quality reviews.

You will work with Palantir Foundry in Army Vantage, maintain analytics workbooks, and coordinate with Government stakeholders on data quality and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of logistics, data, program-support, or administrative experience in a DoD environment.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience within Army Vantage to access, clean, validate, analyze, and report data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with logistics, data-management, or reporting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one for contract duration.

Program Data Analyst

Position Summary

The Program Data Analyst will support Army supply-chain and program-management activities by extracting, cleaning, validating, analyzing, and reporting operational data. The analyst will work under senior guidance and support recurring reports, dashboards, briefings, and data-quality reviews.

Primary Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, clean, and validate logistics and program data from approved sources.
• Use Palantir Foundry within Army Vantage to access datasets, perform analysis, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical workbooks.
• Conduct recurring data analysis under the direction of senior analysts.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Identify incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or inconsistent data and coordinate corrective action.
• Prepare charts, tables, presentations, and briefing materials for Government reviews.
• Support inventory, demand, order-fulfillment, supply-availability, performance, cost, trend, and customer-satisfaction analysis.
• Track suspense dates, performance measures, action items, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with logistics personnel, developers, analysts, and Government stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of logistics, data, program-support, or administrative experience in a Department of Defense environment.
• Hands-on experience using Palantir Foundry within Army Vantage to access, clean, validate, analyze, and report data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working with specialized logistics, data-management, or reporting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one for the duration of contract performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the U.S. Army, AMCOM, or Army Materiel Command.
• Experience with LMP, GCSS-Army, or other Army logistics systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience preparing Government reports, briefings, and recurring contract deliverables.

This position supports the Supply Chain Optimization Support program and is contingent upon contract award.
