  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, data tracking, and reporting; Word for financial documentation and reports; and PowerPoint for financial presentations, charts, graphs, and program performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support program startup and implementation activities, including contract modification processing, project setup, and NWA management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including LRE development, internal and external Earned Value (EV) reporting, and financial variance analysis.
  • Perform cost and schedule control analysis in accordance with applicable EVMS requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly Estimates-at-Completion (EAC), including cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and support Budget Change Request (BCR) and Statement of Work Authorization (SWA) processes.
  • Prepare invoices and supporting invoice documentation.
  • Perform financial analysis and program controls activities in support of EAS programs.
  • Coordinate financial activities with Program Management and functional stakeholders.

The Electronic Attack Systems (EAS) Finance team is seeking a Program Cost Control Specialist to support Sustainment Programs within the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) portfolio. The EAS portfolio is part of the Naval Power Business Unit.

The position will support program financial activities, including weekly and monthly reporting, program startup activities, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), financial forecasting, invoicing, funding analysis, and program financial reviews.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
