Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst at the PCA Level 2/3. The role provides program planning and financial control support across Space divisions and interfaces with PMs, CAMs, and business managers to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters.

The position requires a Secret clearance, strong Excel skills, and experience with cost performance reporting and EVMS. A path to Top Secret/SCI is possible.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Experience with cost performance reporting and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Willingness to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Assist in funding profiles, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor costs and schedules on contracts with EVMS requirements.
• Submit expenditure projections and funding requests to the government.
