ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise and support patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You will help maintain structure, assist with meals, and document care in the EHR, while ensuring safety and therapeutic programming.
The role requires at least one year of direct patient care, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts is essential.

The Program Coordinator (PC I, PC II, PC III)is responsible forthe direct care of inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients by providing patient supervision and support. The PCs provide structure and boundaries for our patients. They provide bathroom and milieu support as well as contribute to the implementation of therapeuticprogrammingwhich may include care delivery and program documentation. The PCs provide mealtime support, supporting patients with their dietary needs, and supervising patients at meals and snacks.
