Precision AQ in Bucks County, Yardley is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage project deliverables across departments, ensuring timely communication of due dates. You will oversee logistical planning and keep track of client submissions within the medical/legal/regulatory process.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess strong organizational skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This position offers a compensation range between $41,600 and $62,400 USD.
As a Program Coordinator, you will track project deliverables through all departments, ensure due dates are relayed, and obstacles are identified and communicated efficiently.
You will be responsible for running your client’s medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions, coordinating with taggers, and communicating status updates to the client, the MLR Supervisor, and your supporting team.
In addition, you will oversee coordinating internal and external meetings, taking meeting notes during meetings, and providing status updates to the team.
Under supervision from a program manager, you will review invoicing documents and final reconciliations, prepare Sunshine Act reports and any ancillary reports as required by the client.
You will work closely with the logistics vendor to perform meeting planning tasks, including site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, food/beverage, and AV equipment.
You will be responsible for preparing and distributing the assignment report and facilitating assignment team meetings.
Reasonable estimate of the current range: $41,600 USD - $62,400 USD.
