Job summary

Point72 is seeking an administrative professional to support the Investment Professional Development (IPD) team. The role focuses on planning and delivering the firm’s training program, coordinating materials, and maintaining calendars to ensure timely execution.

You will work closely with investment professionals, coaches, and Recruiting, contributing to program efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction while upholding high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization, dependability, and work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive ownership of responsibilities and ability to develop systems to stay organized.
• Strong prioritization and time management with multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach with sound judgment and willingness to ask questions and address time-sensitive needs.

• Maintain accurate program calendars, trackers, files, and materials, monitoring deadlines for timely completion.
• Coordinate training-related activities for incoming associates, including schedules and materials, with Recruiting and internal teams.
• Partner with investment professionals, Point72 Academy coaches, professors, and internal teams to address program needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks, automate administrative processes, and improve operational efficiency.

The team focuses on developing investment professional skills with the goal of driving superior alpha generation and enhancing team investment processes by analyzing, consolidating, and sharing best practices, training the investment team population, and preparing analyses and data with partners across the firm.

The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
