Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Program Coordinator I/II to manage grants and projects and provide advanced office support on-site in Alaska. The role features two levels with increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capability.

Progression between I and II depends on successfully handling more complex assignments and grant/project management tasks. Alaska Native friendly environment with emphasis on cultural understanding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree; OR four (4) years of administrative support experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II at SCF.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of grants and/or projects, programs, and for performing various high-level office support duties.
• Two (2) years of Program Coordinator experience including one (1) year of grant and/or project management experience; or demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator I at SCF.
