Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Cromwell, CT is seeking a Program Coordinator to support operations and help program goals be met. The role coaches and mentors direct care staff and helps persons with disabilities build skills and exercise choices.

This full-time position offers $22.75 per hour, a competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K), generous paid time off, extensive training, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 60 credit hours with 6 months related work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related work experience.
Basic computer skills; MS Word and Outlook; ability to learn web-based systems.
Excellent organization and time management; ability to respond under stress.
Ability to work collaboratively at various levels; valid driver’s license.
Successful completion of pre-employment checks (background).

Responsibilities

Assist to monitor operations to achieve programmatic goals.
Coach and support persons with disabilities to exercise choices and develop competencies.
Lead and mentor direct care staff within the program.
