Northwestern University is seeking a Program Coordinator for Alumni Relations Analytics in Evanston, IL. The role supports data reporting, event logistics, and donor relations across the Kellogg Campaign Strategy department.
You will manage data entry, gift logs, and new gift accounts while coordinating team meetings and communications. The position partners with alumni relations, annual giving, and operations teams in a hybrid work environment.

The hiring range for this position will be between $58,000 - $62,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

As a staff member on the Alumni Relations Analytics team, the Program Coordinator is responsible for providing critical operational support to the Alumni Relations and Operations teams. Responsibilities include supporting aspects of events, managing data reporting needs and entry into the data system, writing and proofreading support, processing checks received and creating the daily gift log, help with scheduling team meetings and logistics, and supporting the creation of new accounts for new gifts.
Please note: This is a hybrid work environment, with required days in the office each week. Hours in the office can vary depending on the needs of the department.
