This position is in the Supervisory Unit (SS) at a Range 20.
This position is located in Anchorage. However, this position may be relocated within Alaska with necessary approvals where infrastructure allows.
As a member of the Division's Leadership Team, you will be providing executive-level leadership for the Division's Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (QA) functions, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and grant requirements while advancing continuous improvement in the effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes of statewide vocational rehabilitation services. The position serves as the Division's principal authority on program evaluation, performance measurement, quality assurance, and internal controls by developing performance metrics, evaluating program and service delivery outcomes, analyzing statewide data and trends, administering stakeholder surveys, and providing timely, objective, and reliable information to support executive decision-making, strategic planning, policy development, resource allocation, and accountability to the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), state leadership, and other stakeholders.
This position involves supervising and coordinating the work of others to ensure smooth operations within the division and outside state and federal agencies, providing leadership and oversight to staff.

This position is located in Anchorage; our office is in the Department of Labor and Workforce Development building, offering plenty of parking, and convenient access to downtown. Your workspace is equipped with dual monitors and an ergonomic setup, supporting both comfort and productivity. The office is open from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
