The budgeted salary range for the position is $55,000 - $60,000 annually. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
This position is located on the Rockford campus 90 miles northwest of Chicago. (On-Site Work – Not Remote).

Supports and advances rural health workforce development initiatives across the National Center for Rural Health Professions (NCRHP), with a primary focus on career pathway programming, student engagement, and regional workforce alignment. This role coordinates and implements programming spanning middle school through professional training, supports the Illinois AHEC Network, and contributes to Rural Health Transformation (RHT) workforce priorities.
