Job summary

Brains and Motion Education is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of After-School & Guided Recess Programs and Summer Camps across multiple sites in the Palmdale area. You will coordinate logistics, support instructors, and ensure high-quality student experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in youth programming, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel within the district.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (or equivalent work experience or college credits).
• 3+ years experience in youth programming, with at least 2 years as an instructor or coordinator.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) and project management tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in physical activities as needed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Coordinate logistics of equipment, shipping, and storage with partner schools.
• Team Support: Ensure daily programs are properly staffed and running smoothly.
• Inventory Management: Track company inventory at program sites and maintain equipment.
• Attendance Reporting: Track daily attendance and arrange substitutes as needed.
• Instructor Support: Step in as instructor or coach to maintain continuity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with educators, administrators, and parents.
• Training & Development: Assist in training instructors and coaches to ensure quality.
• Site Monitoring: Visit sites to address issues in real time and ensure smooth operations.

Apply today!Job Description:Brains and Motion is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our dynamic After-School & Guided Recess Programs and Summer Camps across multiple schools throughout the area.
