Rutgers School of Public Health ( SPH ) is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Department of Urban and Global Public Health located in Newark, NJ. Under the direction of Principal Investigator, this position will support multiple NIH -funded research projects focused on health and wellness among sexual and gender minorities, with a particular focus on research within communities of color. Duties include:

  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience, OR a Master’s degree preferably in Public Health or a related field plus One (1) year of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Statistical Computing Programs (e.g., SAS , R, SPSS ).
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with completing demands from team members.
  • CITI Human Subjects Research Certification
  • Experience with human subjects Institutional Review Board protocols
  • Experience with Electronic data collection platforms (e.g., Qualtrics).
