ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct patient care and supervision within a therapeutic milieu across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. The Program Coordinator (PC I, PC II, PC III) is responsible for the direct care of inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients by providing patient supervision and support. The PCs provide structure and boundaries for our patients. They provide bathroom and milieu support as well as contribute to the implementation of therapeutic programming which may include care delivery and program documentation. The PCs provide mealtime support, supporting patients with their dietary needs, and supervising patients at meals and snacks.
The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
Illinois Pay Range $18.25—$29 USD

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with higher levels requiring specific experience or a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field. Applicants must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and possess a valid driver’s license where applicable.
