Boys & Girls Club Of the Northern Plains is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to inspire youth and coordinate programs in Milbank. PAY RANGE: $45,000–$55,000 based on experience

JOB SUMMARY: This is where Great Futures get built - and the Program Coordinator is right at the center of it. Reporting to the Unit Director, the Coordinator plans, leads, and evaluates programming that helps kids grow, while supervising program staff and supporting daily Club operations. Every interaction reflects the 5 Key Elements of Positive Youth Development (fun, safety, recognition, supportive relationships, and opportunities & expectations) and the Club's core values: excellence, teamwork, impact, and integrity.
