Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years administrative experience required.
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date; card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Delegates and assigns work commensurate with knowledge, skill and experience, ensuring proper execution.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
• Facilitates development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives, and development of practice standards and measurable outcomes.
• Serves as a resource to staff regarding departmental/area policies, procedures and services.
