Job summary

E-Space is seeking a seasoned program controls professional to join our Saratoga office. You will own the integrated master schedule for defense/aerospace projects, linking technical deliverables, procurement, and payments, and you will translate complex engineering work into reliable forecasts.

The role requires a bachelor degree and 5+ years experience, must hold U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

  • Advanced scheduling tools experience (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan).
  • Experience with fixed-price development and supplier schedules.
  • Ability to convert complex engineering work into decision-ready forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule with milestones.
  • Collect status, validate logic, analyze path, and forecast completion.
  • Integrate staffing hours, risks, actions into management reporting.
  • Support baseline changes, what-if analyses, and government reviews.
  • Maintain evidence for schedule status and prevent unsupported reports.

Working across RF hardware, phased arrays, and advanced DSP, you’ll turn raw echoes into decision-ready products. What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop andmaintainthe integrated master schedule linked to technical, deliverable, procurement, review, and payment milestones.
  • Collect status,validatelogic, analyze critical path and schedule risk, and forecast milestone completion.
  • Integrate staffing hours, material commitments, risks, actions, andacceptancedependencies into management reporting.
  • Support baseline changes, what-if analysis, corrective-action planning, and Government status reviews.
  • Maintain objective evidence for schedule status and prevent unsupported percent-complete reporting.
What you bring to this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of defense/aerospace program controls.
  • Advanced scheduling-tool experience and strong critical-path/logic analysis.
  • Experience with fixed-price development, technical reviews, and supplier schedules.
  • Ability to convert complex engineering work into decision-ready forecasts.
  • Security clearance: U.S. citizenship isrequired. Candidate must be able to obtain andmaintaina U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level or higher, and any program-specific accessrequiredfor the position. Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining andmaintainingthe required clearance and access.
Bonus points for the following:
  • Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Open Plan experience.
  • Schedule risk analysis, IPMDAR, EVM, or cost/schedule integration experience.
  • PMP, PMI-SP, EVP, or equivalent certification.

This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga office. The target base pay for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 annually. The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow-ed.

This role requires access to controlled technical data. Under U.S. law (ITAR/EAR), we can only consider U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and individuals granted asylum or refugee status).
