E-Space, based in the United States, is seeking a seasoned program controls professional to manage schedules for defense/aerospace projects in a fast-paced, space-focused environment.
You will develop integrated master schedules, analyze critical paths, and coordinate with suppliers and reviews, while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and security requirements. The role offers a high base salary and critical mission responsibilities.
Ready to make connectivity from space universally accessible, secure and actionable? Then you’ve come to the right place!
E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service deliveryassociated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.
We’re intentional, we’re unapologetically curious and we’re 100% committed to innovate space-based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet and enhance our overall quality of life.
Join us to design and deploy next-generation, satellite-based radar that delivers persistent, all-weather, day-night sensing at global scale. You’ll build end-to-end capabilities—from waveform design, on-board processing, classification and calibration, for systems on LEO platforms. Working across RF hardware, phased arrays, and advanced DSP, you’ll turn raw echoes into decision-ready products. If you thrive at the intersection of electromagnetics, signal processing, and systems engineering—and want your code and designs to fly—this role is for you.
Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule linked to technical, deliverable, procurement, review, and payment milestones.
Collect status, validate logic, analyze critical path and schedule risk, and forecast milestone completion.
Integrate staffing hours, material commitments, risks, actions, and acceptance dependencies into management reporting.
Support baseline changes, what-if analysis, corrective-action planning, and Government status reviews.
Maintain objective evidence for schedule status and prevent unsupported percent-complete reporting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of defense/aerospace program controls.
Advanced scheduling-tool experience and strong critical-path/logic analysis.
Experience with fixed-price development, technical reviews, and supplier schedules.
Ability to convert complex engineering work into decision-ready forecasts.
Security clearance: U.S. citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level or higher, and any program-specific access required for the position. Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining the required clearance and access.
Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Open Plan experience.
Schedule risk analysis, IPMDAR, EVM, or cost/schedule integration experience.
PMP, PMI-SP, EVP, or equivalent certification.
