We are seeking a Program Construction Manager to oversee several major billion‑dollar water, wastewater, and conveyance construction projects in the (location) area.

The Program Construction Manager (PCM) is responsible for careful planning, effective communication, and proactive risk management to mitigate or eliminate program risks that threaten the construction schedule, budget, safety, or quality. You’ll work with the program leadership and the client in development and execution of the overall construction approach and resource allocation of manpower and support resources required to meet the delivery needs.
The PCM supports the Program Manager in defining and leading the delivery processes, tools, and execution of construction projects within the program. This role will align to support pre‑construction and construction activities as requested to meet the overall delivery needs of the program.
Eliminate/reduce financial surprises; improve clarity around performance expectations; establish focus on project performance and delivering to expectations; focus on improving gaps in margin and operations performance; drive to achieve a state of quality control rigor and consistency.

The base salary range for this position is $174,900.00 to $270,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
