Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with company match. The salary range for this position is $61,501 to $83,207.
As a member of the academic leadership team, your responsibilities include hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff and faculty, and supervision of both faculty and staff, but extends to programmatic management as well. This may include data collection, analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement. Experience with programmatic accreditation is desired.
