Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Program Associate to support the One Conservancy Public Fundraising Strategy within the Public Funding Center. The role coordinates internal initiatives, maintains the Strategy Implementation Plan, and facilitates collaboration among staff and external partners.

You will assist with meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions, and help prepare materials, reports, and communications for public sector engagements and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience researching information from divergent sources and compiling it into a cohesive reporting structure.
• Experience writing and editing promotional and informational material.
• Experience engaging with NGOs, government agencies, partners and donors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Senior Strategy Advisor to maintain the Strategy Implementation Plan and related dashboards.
• Provide logistics, research, and materials support to Relationship Managers and staff.
• Support budgets, travel bookings, expense reports, and vendor interactions.
• Prepare program materials including presentations and memos.
