Job summary

Humanity United is seeking a Program Associate to support the Thai Seafood initiative within the Forced Labor and Human Trafficking portfolio. You will provide administrative and programmatic support, including grant processes, reporting, and knowledge management on Box/intranet.

You will collaborate with various HU departments and external partners, coordinate meetings and events, and help track deliverables and MEL activities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of work experience, preferably in a nonprofit or foundation.
• Experience in an administrative or program support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for the initiative and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support grant processes and reporting, including related admin tasks.
• Develop and maintain program administration and knowledge management systems (Box/intranet).
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts including MEL plan and data tracking.
• Assist in development and implementation of HU’s systems-based strategy and board documents.
• Build relationships with Grants Management, Legal, and Finance departments.
• Coordinate with HU’s Policy and Communications teams; track follow-ups and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Freedom Fund in the UK on the Thai Seafood initiative.
• Manage program information, conference materials, reports, and correspondence.
• Monitor media and conduct literature reviews to stay updated on relevant developments.
• Prepare background information for meetings and presentations; take minutes as requested.
• Edit and format internal and external presentations and materials.
• Plan and organize events, conferences, and meetings.
