Georgetown University’s Center for Global Health Practice and Impact (CGHPI) aims to improve population health and wellbeing while safeguarding against health threats by advancing evidence-based, human-centered design for health equity. To support this mission, CGHPI seeks a Program Assistant to assist with meeting support, event planning, and logistics for the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. - Technical Assistance Provider (EHE-TAP) project.
The Program Assistant will play a key role in executing events, meetings, and logistics for the EHE-TAP project. Responsibilities include:
The Program Assistant reports directly to the EHE-TAP Program Director and collaborates across departments, supporting operations and communicating with jurisdictions, university units, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
This position is designated as Hybrid. Work mode may be reviewed and adjusted based on university needs. Details about Georgetown’s work mode policies are available at https://hr.georgetown.edu/mode-of-work-designation.
The projected salary range is $47,586.00 - $87,558.13, determined by qualifications, experience, and university needs.
