Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in St. Louis, MO seeks a Program Assistant to support the CB ACT program. You will manage non-clinical operations, be the first point of contact for clients, and ensure smooth coordination of services within the ACTTAY team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly client schedules.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and the public with professionalism and empathy.
  • Triage incoming calls and communications between team members, clients, and families.
  • Support intake and screening processes with accurate documentation.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and assist with planning.
  • Maintain client charts and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Order and manage office supplies and program vehicles; track mileage.
