Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a TAY Adult Administrative Support Specialist in Hannibal, MO to coordinate non-clinical operations for the TAY & Adult Team. You will handle client intake, triage calls, and act as the front-facing liaison between clients, families, and clinicians.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, teamwork, and maintaining confidential information in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. Monday–Friday, full-time position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Education or experience in human services, office management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative duties in a healthcare or social services setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for clients and team operations.
• Act as a key communication hub between the team and clients/families, including triaging calls.
• Participate in daily team staffing and coordinate client intake and referrals.
• Maintain and organize client charts and ensure documentation meets organizational standards.
• Prepare statistical and tracking reports; maintain data logs for admissions/discharges.
• Manage office inventory, vehicle logs, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate landline and cellular communications accounts.
• De-escalate symptomatic client behavior and support clients in crisis situations.
• Provide general administrative support and serve as the public-facing representative of the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
