Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT) in the Lifting and Handling Department of PSNS and IMF. Pay Setting: GS-09: $69,373 - $90,190 GS-11: $83,935 - $109,122

You will plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and programs.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For the GS-11: successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree; OR successful completion of an LL.M.

degree that is related to the position being filled; For the GS-09: successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree; OR successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled; A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
