Federal Transit Administration in Kansas City, MO seeks a Program Analyst (Safety Promotion) to design, develop, and evaluate transit safety education content and training systems. The role supports both internal agency needs and external industry training initiatives.
The ideal candidate has ISD experience, familiarity with learning management systems, and strong communication skills to advise stakeholders and drive educational improvements across multi-modal programs.
This position is located in the Office of Transit Safety and Oversight, Office of System Safety, Safety Policy and Promotion Division. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst supporting the design, development, implementation and evaluation of transit safety educational content and training systems, both internally within FTA and externally for the transit industry.
The ideal candidate is an analyst with experience in instructional systems design, learning management systems, communication, and training.
