Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Program Analyst to provide subject matter expertise to senior staff and help develop policies and programs with emphasis on planning and standards.

The role assists with strategic program planning, analyzes for effectiveness, develops benchmarks, and tracks financial performance to support APF/NAF funding.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and experience with standard office software; travel may be required.

• Monitors Installation Status Reports (ISR) II process and Common Levels Support (CLS)/Service Based Costing (SBC). Performs other duties as assigned.

A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following

Knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR. Knowledge of principles, concepts and methodologies required perform various analytical techniques. Ability to analyze operations, financial data, prepare reports and replies to inquiries from the perspective of a n Installation or Regional staff officer. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

• Managerial experience of the caliber described above in any Recreation setting to include Financial operations for both APF and NAF business and financial issues.

• This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
• Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
