Job summary

DLA Careers is seeking a Program Analyst to provide oversight and administration for the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program and related procurement initiatives. The role focuses on program analysis, internal controls, and ensuring alignment with DLA Energy’s strategic plans.

The position requires experience in government procurement processes, data translation for leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks. Candidates must meet federal employment criteria and be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes qualitative and quantitative analysis of program efficiency, costs and risks.
• Experience with government procurement programs such as GPC and travel cards.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level briefings and training.
• Experience identifying deficiencies and proposing corrective action.
• Familiarity with internal controls and compliance within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational-level oversight for the Government Purchase Card and related programs.
• Coordinate program tasks and deliver analytical information to managers for decision making.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with agency plans.
• Serve as GAM for PIEE and MSC ABOR in procurement operations.
• Administer GTCC program and related travel card processes.
