Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a high-level Program Analyst in Maryland to oversee planning, evaluation, and prioritization of resources for Army acquisition programs. The role requires extensive coordination with program managers and DA staff across all life cycle phases.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of government acquisition experience, including supervisory experience, and a Top Secret clearance. DAU Level III certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years' experience managing government technical acquisition programs, with at least 1 year supervisory.
• Top Secret clearance obtained or active.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support program planning, evaluation, and financial management functions.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, CPEs, DA staff, other services, and industry across all lifecycle phases.
• Provide expert knowledge on program planning and evaluation and mentor junior analysts.

Job description

DCS is looking for a program analyst to provide high level subject matter expertise in the planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with Army acquisition programs.

Essential Job Functions:

Advises and supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the strategy and performance measurement functions for assigned programs.

Performs extensive coordination with Program Managers, other CPEs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects.

Applies expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.

Completes strategic planning, engagements, and outreach.

Mentors junior program analysts.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's and minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience managing government technical acquisition programs is required of which one (1) year must be supervisory.

Top Secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

DAU Level III certification in relevant area.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Max: $124,000
