Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support USPACOM J7 by producing orders, directives, plans, and coordinating theater training and travel. You will manage calendars and executive materials, ensuring timely dissemination and compliance with directives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive related experience, strong writing and verbal communication, and familiarity with J7 tools like TMS, JTIMS, JTT, SharePoint, Teams, and DTS processes. Security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with six (6)+ years of relevant experience; or four (4)+ years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience providing support to meetings and senior leaders.
  • Experience managing complex tasks under tight time constraints with critical thinking, independent problem solving, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Technical‑savvy with basic IT knowledge and experience with IM/KM tools such as VTC, GVS, SharePoint, Teams, TMS, JTT desired.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, detail‑orientation, and multitasking skills.

  • Coordinate with staff and other organizations to support J7 travel for events, including submission of travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System (DTS), clearance or foreign travel requirements, and funding requests.
  • Ensure unified action within USPACOM J7 and support communications with external organizations through preparation, review, and management of executive‑level correspondence.
  • Leverage J7 tools such as Task Management System (TMS), Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Joint Training Tool (JTT), Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Video Teleconference System, and related databases or systems.
  • Respond to or facilitate responses for RFIs submitted to the J7 team via the Task Management System and other related systems.
  • Maintain calendars, facilitate information management and knowledge management (IM/KM) requirements for meetings, and ensure reference material is available to participants before meetings.

Required Clearance

Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000.
