The New York Foundling seeks a responsible individual to manage scatter site apartments for our young moms and baby populations in the Bronx. The role includes overseeing repairs to maintain safety standards, assisting program staff, and ensuring that apartments are well-kept and stocked with necessary goods.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, valid Driver's License, and prior experience working with children and families. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, and a commitment to safety is essential.

Manage multiple scatter site apartments in Bronx which are residential settings for our young moms/baby populations. Complete and oversee repairs to ensure all apartments meet safety standards for occupancy. Position reports to Resident Manager.
