The Program & Advocacy Manager will plan and implement the Fund’s programmatic work, including grantmaking, advocacy, and educational programming under the direction of the Executive Director.
This part-time, 20 hours per week hybrid position is based in West Chester, PA, with compensation at $25 per hour.

Since 1996, we have supported women and girls in Chester County through fundraising, grantmaking, and educational opportunities and we have awarded more than $4 million in grants to 86 nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs.
Advancing the work of The Fund for Women and Girls, the Program & Advocacy Manager is responsible for planning and implementing The Fund’s programmatic work, including grantmaking, advocacy, and educational programming under the direction of the Executive Director. Requires 3-5 years experience in a programmatic role, excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication and analytical skills.Part-time, 20 hours per week at $25 per hour. Flexible hybrid position based in West Chester, PA.
