Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Program Assistant to enhance the well-being of Continuing Care residents through diverse activities. You will tailor therapeutic and recreational programs, facilitate both group and individual activities, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver engaging experiences.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year working with geriatric populations; flexible schedule including weekends and evenings; on-site at Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Full and part-time options. Days and evenings shifts, one weekend day is usually included in the schedule.
