Job summary

Banco Sabadell in Miami, FL seeks a Profitability Analyst to join a fast‑growing finance team. The role focuses on profitability reporting, data‑mart maintenance, and preparing income by business unit and product to support senior management decisions.

You will build Excel tools, assist in FTP calculations, and help improve processes with technology to increase accuracy and efficiency. A minimum of 5 years in profitability/transfer pricing and a finance degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of profitability and transfer pricing analysis in USA
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial information and accounting policies
• Experience with database reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory and management reports including Liquidity and Assets/ Liabilities.
• Maintain financial datamart and reconcile figures.
• Assist in profitability reporting by Business Unit, banker, client and product.
• Prepare Income Generated by Business Unit and Portfolio report.
• Track fees and operating expenses for profitability reporting

Banco Sabadell is seeking aProfitability Analyst candidate to join a dynamic team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitie s

• Responsible for preparation of certain regulatory and management reports including:
• Bank’s Liquidity report distributed to Head Office, Senior Management and internal distribution.
• Weekly/Monthly Assets, Liabilities and Assets under Management report by account, business unit, customer and officer.
• Responsible for maintaining financial datamart, ensuring that the database is updated regularly, including adjustments and reconciliation with financial figures.
• Assist in the preparation of profitability reporting for the organization, including Business Unit, banker, client and product reporting:
• Responsible for the preparation of the Income Generated by Business Unit and Portfolio report.
• Responsible for maintaining the fees and operating expenses tracking for profitability reporting.
• Assist in the calculation of FTP
• Develop Excel tools to assist employees in the reporting process.
• Assist in the improvement of processes within the department using technological tools to create efficiencies and improve accuracy.
• Assist manager in complex research and analysis to provide senior management with analytical/technical support related to the bank’s financial reporting and critical financial management issues.
• Participate in project teams as needed. (i.e. – implementation of Invoice Management System, implementation of Expense Control Management system, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial expertise in Profitability, Transfer Pricing modeling and analysis mainly USA
• Extensive experience in financial management for a bank or related financial services environment, preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial information and accounting policies.
• Experience with database reporting
