BEST Physical Therapy in Madison, WI is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our private, PT-owned clinic. We provide 1-on-1 treatment and collaborate with other providers to keep patients engaged and progressing toward goals within a gym-based, active setting.

We offer in-network billing with most insurances, a profit-sharing model, mentorship, career development, and a culture that supports professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure required.
• Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills.
• Passion for performance, prevention, and wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with growth ambition.
• Certifications such as dry needling, cupping, BFR, or other manual therapy specialties are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
• Monitor and progress patients toward functional goals.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
