Job summary

Bright Matrix Global is seeking a certified Profisee MDM specialist to lead end-to-end implementations—from discovery and data modeling to go-live and stewardship. The ideal candidate bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable platform configurations.

You will work locally in Phoenix with a 5-days-in-office schedule, collaborating with data owners on hierarchies, matching rules, data quality, and governance processes to deliver trusted golden

Qualifications

• Certified in Profisee MDM with hands-on delivery across client implementations.
• Experience designing entity/attribute models, hierarchies and survivorship rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Profisee MDM implementations from discovery to go-live and stewardship.
• Bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into configuration.
• Define and implement data quality, validation rules, and governance workflows.

Position Overview

Certified, hands-on Profisee MDM expert with end-to-end implementation experience, from discovery and data modeling through go-live and stewardship. Equally comfortable with business stakeholders and technical teams, bridging business requirements and platform configuration.

Profisee Platform Expertise

• Certified in Profisee MDM, with proven delivery on multiple client implementations
• Entity and attribute modeling, domain-based attributes, hierarchies, and relationships
• Match and merge configuration: matching strategies, thresholds, survivorship rules, and golden record creation
• Data quality and validation: business rules, standardization, cleansing, and enrichment
• Workflows and approvals, data stewardship experience, and Fast Apps configuration
• Security and role-based access, auditing, versioning, and change tracking
• Profisee REST API, integration patterns (batch and real-time), and event-based publishing

Requirement: Profisee platform expert, MDM engineer. Local to Phoenix or should be ready to move to Phoenix. 5 days work in office.
