Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, invites applications for a non-tenure track Professor of Practice in Educational Leadership. Teaching responsibilities include courses at UG/GRAD/Doctoral levels with a 4/4 load and opportunities for online and hybrid delivery. We seek candidates with a Ph.D.

or Ed.D. and at least eight years of higher‑education teaching, plus strong collaboration and supervisory skills.

Qualificações

• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in educational leadership or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in higher education with scholarship.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience with online, hybrid, and face-to-face teaching formats.
• Ability to supervise graduate assistants.
• Preferred: experience with graduate/doctoral level teaching and advising.

Responsabilidades

• Support and integrate the mission and values of Marymount University and the School of Education.
• Assume teaching responsibilities as assigned and maintain a 4/4 load.
• Maintain office hours to provide student access.
• Advise assigned student advisees on program/licensure and career information.
• Chair dissertation committees, supervise graduate teaching and scholarship activities.
