Job summary

Joyce University in Draper, Utah, is seeking a Professor of Nursing to join our Nursing Skills Team on campus. This full-time role requires an RN with a Master’s in Nursing and a passion for hands-on training that shapes future healthcare professionals.

You will mentor students, deliver simulations and labs, and contribute to curriculum development in a state-of-the-art learning environment. On-campus employment with strong growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Unencumbered RN license in Utah is required.
• APRN credentials or equivalent clinical specialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time feedback and assessment to help students thrive.

What You'll Do

You’ll also:

• Maintain AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provider and instructor)
• Stay current with nursing education best practices and technologies

Requirements

What You Bring

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of Utah

Preferred:

• APRN credentials or equivalent clinical specialization
• 2–3 years of teaching, simulation, or clinical education experience
