Position: IPST Director, University of Maryland, College Park. IPST Director will report to the Dean of the College and lead interdisciplinary research in Non-equilibrium Systems, Emergent Materials, Active Matter, Networks Science, Dynamical Systems, Quantitative Life Sciences, Energetic Particle Astrophysics & Space Technology, and Applied Mathematics & Scientific Computation. The Director will oversee faculty, student development, and institutional strategy for the Institute’s programs.
Office‑based position, requiring travel among university buildings. Work hours are typically daytime; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for college events.
