Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to Learning Services Department tutoring services, contributing to professional development, learning techniques, and DEIA practices.
• Support the department's goals for higher retention and success under the direction of the assigned supervisor and Library Director.
• Tutoring in various subjects based on expertise and student needs.
• Maintain proficiency with departmental programs.
• Aid in the daily operations of the tutoring center as needed.
• Contribute to the marketing and promotion of tutoring services.
• Assist in creating resources for tutors to enhance learning outcomes.
• Hours are up to 21 per week and not to exceed 980 hours per year; schedules determined by the supervisor.
