Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Survey Manager in the United States to lead large surveying and mapping projects, supervise field crews and office staff, and deliver high-quality results for clients.

You will coordinate resources, ensure accuracy, and drive project success with cross-functional teams. Florida licensure is required or the ability to obtain, plus a valid FL driver's license. This is a role within a national firm offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and robust benefits, with

This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.

Your Responsibilities As a Professional Survey & Mapper

• Project management
• Survey Preparation
• Communicating with clients
• Mentoring staff
• Assistance with business development efforts

What We're Looking For

• Experience in supervision of field crews and office technicians in the process of completing survey projects.
• 5+ years of experience with surveying and mapping projects.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, design surveys, construction staking, platting, and title commitments.
• Project management skills for scheduling completion of projects and communicating with clients are preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team. Field experience a plus with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to work on a variety of projects.
• An active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license is required or the ability to obtain a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license.
• A valid Florida driver’s license and an excellent driving record are required.
• Sponsorship not available now or in the future.
