Qualifications

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:2 year coding experience

4. Resolves escalated coding issues and ensures consistency in specialty coding practices.
5. Supports coding accuracy and reimbursement outcomes through advanced coding expertise and collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Partners with coding teams and operational stakeholders to resolve complex specialty coding issues.
7. Clearly explains coding rationale and documentation needs to stakeholders.
8. Applies expert judgment to resolve complex, ambiguous coding scenarios with minimal guidance.
9. Owns resolution of complex coding scenarios with accountability and precision.
10. Drives consistency and reduces variation in complex coding practices.
11. Ensures coding outcomes support reimbursement, reporting, and compliance.
12. Applies updated coding guidance and supports adoption of best practice.
