Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Casual Staff Nurse to perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans focused on safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes within an academic health system.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on care plans, document nursing assessments and interventions in the EHR, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making
