Professional Services Manager
To represent Smart Communications’ Professional Services organization to clients and partners, with service revenue generation accountability and responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the Smart Communications solution.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM) Technology platforms, including document composition, template design, and multichannel delivery.
- Manage upstream integrations with data source systems including Guidewire, Pega, and Salesforce, and downstream integrations with Print Vendors and Electronic Content Management (ECM) systems including OnBase and FileNet.
- Demonstrate technical leadership skills in orchestrating seamless API integrations, enhancing product functionality and client satisfaction.
- Apply experience with XML Schema Definition (XSD) to describe the structure and constraints of XML.
- Design and manage print formats, including PostScript, PDF, AFP, and PCL.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs focused on reliability and efficient data exchange.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of seven technical professionals, including consultants and senior consultants, responsible for resourcing and delivering Smart Communications projects.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, overseeing recruitment and skill development.
- Manage the skill matrix and technical competence of the team, including third-party software skills and data structuring formats.
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Smart Communications solutions for clients.
- Manage client requirements, project scope, and change management processes.
- Report on delivery schedules, budgets, and project status to management.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of documentation and project deliverables.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with CCM platforms, document composition, and template design.
- Experience with upstream and downstream integrations, including Guidewire, Pega, Salesforce, and ECM systems.
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and XML Schema Definition (XSD).
- Experience designing print formats and RESTful APIs.
- Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. with approval.
