Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Professional Services II to design, implement, and scale GenAI and ML applications built on AWS to meet customer needs. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements and ensure scalable, secure deployments, while mentoring teammates and sharing reusable artifacts.

You will provide hands-on guidance through project delivery, leveraging SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, and CloudFormation to drive outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• 3 years of direct customer interaction with responsibilities in ML solutions design, architecture and implementation.
• 5 years of software design and development using languages such as Python, Java, or C#/C++.
• 3 years of development lifecycle practices, including version control (Git), infra as code (CDK or Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines.
• 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• 1 year of experience designing and implementing solutions using Generative AI technologies, including large language models.

Basic Qualifications

A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline followed by 7 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include:

1. 3 years of experience in direct customer (internal or external) interaction with responsibilities in ML solutions design, architecture and implementation.

The pay range for this position in Mountain View, CA is $186142 - $204300 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
