Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7 years of proven technical experience in design, implementation, and support of network and security.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet Product Suite.
• Proficient knowledge of industry-standard network and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services engagements with Fortinet platforms.

This role focuses on delivering high‑impact network and security solutions to enterprise clients, including the design, deployment, and optimization of multi‑vendor environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead professional services engagements with a primary focus on Fortinet platforms.
• Design and implement complex network architectures (LAN/WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, security).
• Conduct network assessments, migrations, and upgrades in multi‑vendor environments.
• Develop and deliver Low‑Level Design (LLD) documents, implementation plans, and topology diagrams.
• Provide expert guidance on technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking issues across Fortinet and secondary platforms.
• Collaborate with PMO, RMO, and EM to manage project delivery.
• Deliver consultative‑based knowledge transfer and documentation to clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and certifications across Fortinet and secondary technologies.
• Support and conduct self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education, Experience, and Technical Requirements

• Equivalent combination accepted.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 7 years of proven technical experience in design, implementation, and support of network and security.
• Hands‑on experience with Fortinet Product Suite.
• Proficient knowledge of industry‑standard network and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, packet capture, network assessments, router/switch rack and stack, cabling, network configuration, etc.).

Salary Compensation Range

$90,000 to $122,000 plus bonus.
